Moving Me Down the Highway

We started the day in Sioux Falls South Dakota

Then drove through North Dakota.   Watch our  40  second video.   (HAD TO REMOVE THE VIDEO.  IT WAS TAKING TOO LONG TO LOAD)

Crossed a bridge from Fargo ND to Minnesota
Crossed back into North Dakota
Drove up to Grand Forks and crossed the bridge back into Minnesota to stay at the  Red River State Park.  It was only 3 miles from the highway and looked really nice on the we.  Pull in around 6:30, make pizza and had a glass of wine.

We noticed that about every mile or so, there were old barns ready to fall down so I started snapping shots of some of them when I could.  They were really cool.  The slightest breeze would seem to blow it down.

It was really windy today driving, but the wind was pushing us along, rather than us bucking against it.  Did our first gas fill up.   $127 for 37.5 gallons at $3.38 per gallon

We crossed the Continental Divide.  I discovered that this is the line that divides the flow of water between the Pacific Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean.

This is where we will spend the night tonight.  Cute town and I think I saw a Tim Hortons on the corner.  I know where I am heading on my morning walk.  I am going to get me some Tim Bits.

We will be in Manitoba Canada tomorrow so will continue to look for WiFi connections.  Even this State Park has WiFi.
